The Centennial Spring League will feature 4 teams each playing 11x 1.5 hour games. With fast paced play, the goal of these sessions is to provide U16, U18, and Junior aged players an opportunity to stay in shape during the off season and develop in anticipation of upcoming tryouts.

League Details
Age Format: 2004-2009 + Exceptional 2010
Roster Format: 3 lines of Forwards, 3 lines of Defense, 2 Goalies
We will attempt to place players with their friends/teammates while maintaining fair teams.
Game Format: 5 min warmup followed by 2x 35 min runtime periods (1 min Intermission between periods) and if tied after 2 periods, sudden death shootout to decide a winner.
Points Format: Regulation Win - 3 Points / Shootout Win - 2 Points / Shootout Loss - 1 Point / Regulation Loss - 0 Points
